Gist read these conversations and drafted a reply for each. Nothing is sent until you approve it. Correct the reading or the reply and it learns from your edit.
One login at a time, laid out like WhatsApp Web. Eight desks sit in the same groups, so showing all of them together mixes conversations that belong to different numbers.
Which group is read for what
Each business line has a deposit group and a withdrawal group. Staff type only the username in those, because the group already says which it is and which vertical it belongs to. Everything else — expenses, commissions, loans — is typed out in full in the general group.
Bank accounts
The accounts money actually moves through. One account often serves several verticals — tag all of them. Note that a shared account cannot tell you which vertical a transaction belongs to; only the desk that declared it can. These tags say which verticals to expect, and who may see the account.
Message syntax
Define what your team types in the accounting group. The first word picks the template; the words after it are read in the order you set here. A line that does not match is never guessed at — it is set aside for review.

Exchanges
Two rates per exchange, set once; the daily report will use them once it is built. Coin cost is what a coin given as LC or bonus really costs the desk, about 15%. Exchange cost is the exchange's own charge as a share of net deposit, with bonus counted as a deposit. Both are typed as percentages. Exchanges appear here from the clients master; add any that are missing.
Exchange accounts
The desk's own accounts on each exchange, with the share of the weekly P&L each one's exchange keeps. The rate belongs to the account, not the exchange. Loaded from data/master/Gist Exchange Accounts.csv: edit that sheet and run npm run import:exchange-accounts. Hungama's sheet gives the patti; the cost shown is 100 minus it.
The books
Reconciliation
What the desk said, against what the bank says. A pairing is only made automatically when there is exactly one candidate — anything else is a question for you. The books are never edited to agree with the statement.
Reports
Every night at 2:30 the analyst reads the day's client chats (private chats and the deposit and withdrawal groups) and files each client message under a topic: what the client wanted. For each topic it learns how your desk actually answers, how long clients wait, and whether a person has to act. It never sends anything. Approve a topic with a standard reply and Gist's drafts start using that reply; nothing is used until you do. Long numbers (phones, accounts, UTRs) are masked before any chat leaves this PC.
Six clocks run all day. A client's private message must be answered in time; a client's message in a deposit or withdrawal group must be attended; an admin's request in a hisab group must be answered by staff; and every entry line must be readable. Whatever is late shows here, and staff and supervisors are reminded on WhatsApp every minute until it clears. Admins are told once it has been late for longer than the escalation time.

People
Who can sign in, and what they can see. An admin sees everything. An agent sees only the desks you tick here — their own declared entries and their own breaks, with the matched bank line reduced to an amount and a date. They never see another desk, the bank's wording, references, balances, or lines nobody declared.

Who changed what. Separate from the application log, because a log is for debugging and this has to survive log rotation.
